With the help of our colleagues, partners, investors, the City of East St. Louis, IL and St. Clair County, IL, we are soon to embark on a development journey that will change the face of East St. Louis.
At the completion of this project, the predominately African-American community of East St. Louis will be one of the first to see a major overhaul of this fashion. The Riverfront and its surrounding neighborhoods will see many marked improvements and long overdue modernizations, and should see quite an injection of commerce, and hopefully, comradery and pride.
